Adblocker extension for web browser is consume more memory and cpu for the task. I found it use >200MB of RAM on Google Chrome. There is another way to remove annoying ads by simply let them fail to load by force host name in system to local machine. No overhead and resource hungry for ad blocking anymore. Download “Unified hosts = (adware + malware)” and add the lines into your hosts file as administrator.
