I was looking for a good pair of everyday use earphones for such a long time and Tin Audio T2 was a pretty good choice for such a cheap price and the look that I really want with the small housing but I heard the sound was not very best so I hold the trigger for a long time and stay using the Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro HD for a long time.
When the Tin HiFi T4 was announced on Indiegogo 3 years ago by Linsoul. I rushed to back it. The T4 housing is small like T2 but with more polish and I backed it without seeing any review at $79 (Super Early Bird). I love the sound of it a lot but one complaint I have is the cable is so hard and sticky I don't want to touch it. It is not comfy to use at all. At that year's Christmas, I got Tin T2 for free from a Linsoul lucky draw. Everything was about to change when I get the T2. I use the cable from T2 on T4. The T2 cable is smaller and easier to shape and move around with. I even wear it to run and the most important is it’s can wear down like normal people's earphones not over-ear like some audiophile red copper wire chain or look like a concert singer IEM. Overall the T4 + T2 cable makes the experience better for every user that moves around wearing it while commuting better. I know I could change to any cable but the T2 cable is the most perfect fit for my T4 both aesthetically and usability.
The sound of the T4 is noticeable better than the T2. The detail I can hear is more. The bass is loud and tight. I have Tin HiFi P1 to compare and T4 is close. The harder-to-drive P1 makes me pick T4 every time I go outside or travel where I don't want to carry a DAC amp. The T4 ability to use with any device anywhere makes it my best everyday use earphones.
